Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Biohaus Store.
Please note that we have a 'No Refund, No Exchange and No Return Policy' for all products sold and supply in good conditions. We go to great lengths to ensure that all our products are in quality checked before it is despatch to you.
Exceptions:
We guarantee a replacement / exchange for all damaged, defective and incorrect items shipment. Buyer must notify us within 7 days upon received. We reserve the right not to entertain after above said period.
Return or exchange
- Incorrect/defective items must return to us in its original condition and packing including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- Incorrect/defective items should be reach us within FIVE (5) workings day
Refund
- We will only refund in the form of credit note/voucher. Only applicable to ex-stock items upon order
- We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund if replacement products is available within 2 weeks from the date of receive your return items.

Warranty
All electrical products come with standard ONE (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
We reserve the rights for final decision making.
Dispute Resolution
As an alternative to existing available dispute resolution methods, the Act provides if there is any dispute between one or more transaction, they may opt to refer the matter to KPDNKK for KPDNKK to adjudicate. The subject matter in dispute must be on any matter that is under the Act.
